The Training and Placement (T&P) Cell of PCPS Girls' Polytechnic plays a vital role in preparing students for the professional world and connecting them with potential employers.

Roles:

Act as a bridge between students and industry.

Coordinate training programs, internships, and campus placements.

Maintain strong relationships with industry partners and recruiters.

Responsibilities:

Organize on-campus and off-campus placement drives.

Arrange industrial training, internships, and industrial visits.

Conduct skill development workshops, mock interviews, and aptitude tests.

Maintain a database of students' academic and technical skills for placement purposes.

Functions:

Identify industry requirements and align student skills accordingly.

Facilitate career counseling and guidance sessions.

Invite companies for recruitment and coordinate placement logistics.

Track alumni and utilize their network for future opportunities.
